About Mark Eidlisz, Esq.

Mark Eidlisz, Esq. graduated from Brooklyn College with Honors and then received a scholarship to attend Brooklyn Law School where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar.

Mr. Eidlisz joined what is now Finkelstein, Meirowitz & Eidlisz straight out of law school and is now a managing partner at the firm. Mark lectures extensively on workers’ compensation matters to attorneys, unions, and medical personnel. He has also written extensively on workers’ compensation and social security disability matters and is a co-author of “Advanced Workers’ Compensation in New York” published by Lorman Education Services.

Mark has been a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, and several other organizations. He continues to be sought after for advice by attorneys on compensation matters and has also lectured on the confusing and complicated Kelly v. State Insurance Fund and Burns v. Varriale cases.
